My husband and I were on our way home from a doctor's appointment when we picked up a nail or screw in our tire. The low tire indicator came on pretty quickly. We pulled into a gas station to purchase air to fill the tire and try to make it home where our son could help us change the tire only to find that the gas stations air pump was out of order. The tire by now was nearly flat. We noticed the tire center behind the station and headed there. I joking said "I wonder if this place pays the gas station to say the air pump is broken there." I wondered how much this would cost. We've both had major medical issues for a couple of years now and have huge medical debt. We pulled in and within 10 minutes we had a plug in the tire and we were on our way. The charge was $0. What a blessing! Thank you so very much Sandy Hillside Tire for treating us like family ♡
I put my trust in this place to help make sure that the car I drive is safe for me and everyone who gets into. You should know that this place says it's not a "high pressure sales" which I guess is good, but know that it isn't an above and beyond place either when it come to your tire rotations and oil changes. Because the people they have working on your tire rotation ONLY know how to rotate tires, our struts were severely bad and the back Tire was wearing like a worped basketball and they didn't say a word. The tires are only a year and half old. And all this is quoted from the Manger/Owner of the company. I will never take any of my cars back to this company and I will be pursuing all avenues to make sure that everyone knows how unfriendly and uncaring this company and all the location are. Because I drove from west Jordan which they have a tire center in and received the same lack of customer service, I thought it jus the employees at that location, I guess I was wrong.

I'm very sorry you have had a bad experience at Hillside Tire. I would like the opportunity to try and make this not so good situation into a better situation for you and apologize for not servicing your vehicle to your standards. Please if possible bring your vehicle by and lets see what exactly is going on with it. I'm not sure who you spoke when you called in but just come to the front counter ask for Tom Babcock and I'll be more then happy to try and figure this out.
